Perinatal Navigators independently manage a caseload of clients, providing culturally relevant, client-centered services during pregnancy, postpartum and early childhood, with a focus on communities working to overcome systemic barriers to maternal and infant health, including African-American,refugee, and/or asylum seeking families.
